Whats new in version 3.1:
• The program's graphic engine's performance was greatly improved. You will notice this when working with large network diagrams (1000 objects and more). The scaling, moving objects, and other operations perform much faster now.
• Added the automatic diagram scrolling when you move objects outside the current diagram borders.
• Added the ability to move the entire diargam to the origin (top left corner) quickly.
• Changed the login/password delimiter to "::" for SNMPv3.
